1.  The People

• Have the right people around you
• Recruit & retain
• On or Off the bus

2. The Role

• Role clarity is critical
• Own your role
• Be accountable

3. Remove the De-motivators

• Empower
• Allow your people to be their best
• Acknowledge, reward & celebrate success

4. The Plan

• If you fail to plan to achieve success then you will siccess in achieving failure
• Define what success looks like

5. No Data. No Decision.

• Remove the emotion from the decision
• Invest in business inteligence analytic tools

6. If you don’t ask, you don’t get

7. A cristes needs a cool head

8. WIFM

• have a compleling value proposition
• what is in for the client
• adress the client’s needs

9. Communication

• get the language and the message right

10. Measurement & Improvement

• if you can’t measure it then you can’t improve it
