Thursday, 28th April The Victorian Croatian Chamber of Commerce (VCCC) hosted an evening titled “Let’s get down to business!” on level 5 of the International Chamber House in Melbourne.
This evening event was well attended; it included a diverse group of professionals and business owners who were quite different in the sense of what-they-do but also very similar because they all have one thing in common- a Croatian heritage.
The main aim of this VCCC event was to provide a forum for members, in a relaxed and laid-back environment, where Professionals and Business Operators could meet and share a little about themselves of their business and offer their knowledge and experience to VCCC members and to each other.
So, let’s see who our presenters were:
The other aim of the evening was to provide an opportunity for meeting likeminded people that maybe you would not have met, or certainly not in such a relaxed environment and, to that end, the evening was a success.
Refreshments and a variety of delicious canapés professionally prepared by Your Private Chef who is of the same heritage (Croatian), they provide professional catering service for business and social events. VCCC compliments on to them.
Some of the participants talked to SBS Croatia about their expectations from the budget and the Federal Government. Here is the feature, reported by Ana Solemon.
